Yes, you can attach images to a mem by dragging and dropping the image, typing/image, or adding links to Dropbox/G Drive documents. As of v0.22, you can also now attach any type of file (up to 8mb upload limit for free plans).
Can I customize keyboard shortcuts?
Keyboard shortcut customizability is not available at the moment, but it's on the Mem team's radar. If you have any specific shortcut requests, please reach out by creating a mem and tagging @Mem Support.
Can I sign into Mem using non-Google authentication methods?
Currently, Mem uses Google Authentication, so only those with Google or G Suite accounts are able to sign into Mem. However, the Mem team plans to build non-Google authentication in the future!
Does Mem support markdown style formatting?
Yes, we support markdown style formatting, which means that you can style your text with a few keyboard shortcuts, in addition to using the style dropdown that appears when you highlight text. Available shortcuts can be viewed in the app by clicking the ? icon in the bottom right of your desktop/web app.

Is there a way to transition data between Mem accounts?
Unfortunately, there is currently no efficient way to transition data between accounts in Mem. The only way to do so is to manually add the other account to important mems using the @ mention feature. Building a more efficient method is in the Mem team's backlog.
