What happens if the stream drops during recording?

The extension saves all data captured up to the disconnection point. The partial file is playable. If the stream resumes, you can start a new recording session.

Can I record multiple streams at the same time?

Each browser tab handles one recording session. You can open multiple tabs with different streams, but performance depends on your hardware and internet bandwidth.

Does it capture chat or on-screen overlays?

No. The extension captures the raw video and audio feed from the broadcast. Chat messages, tip notifications, and browser-rendered overlays are not included in the recording.

Are recordings stored anywhere besides my computer?

No. Files are written directly to your local downloads folder. No copies are uploaded to cloud storage, and no recording metadata is transmitted externally.

What video quality will the recording be?

The recording matches the stream quality delivered to your browser by Fansly. If the broadcaster streams in 1080p and your connection supports it, the recorded file will be 1080p.
